While it’s not uncommon for GDSs to have slight deviations when reporting transactions, the variances with Direct Connect transactions can be significant. Our goal is to help prepare agencies for airline direct connect discussions by providing an in-depth comparison of Direct Connect (NDC) and GDS transactions using screenshots of ARC’s Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) tool.
