For Episode 3 of the ARC TravelConnect Virtual Series, ARC was joined by a panel of travel industry experts who shared their thoughts on the future of business travel, including the traveler experience, airport and hospitality management, and meetings and events.

Suzanne Boyan, meetings and travel manager at ZS Associates; Lance Lyttle, managing director of aviation at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA); and Michael Partridge, vice president of sales and revenue analysis with Marriott International, talked about their experiences dealing with COVID-19’s impact on business travel and the trends they’re seeing as recovery begins to take shape.

They talked about the steps their organizations are taking to communicate changes that affect traveler expectations and duty of care, and answered several audience-submitted questions.
