In 2025, with respect to requests from California consumers, ARC:

• Received 60 requests to know categories of personal information processed, sold, and shared and to access specific pieces of personal information, complied with 60 requests in whole or part, and denied 0 requests. ARC responded to the consumer requesting information required for verification in an average of 4 days and a median of 2 days and processed the requests in an average of 26 days and a median of 22.5 days.
• Received 144 requests to delete, processed all requests; no information was deleted because retention was required under applicable law and contractual requirements. ARC nevertheless treated the deletion request as a request to opt out of the sale of personal information and applied the opt-out accordingly. ARC responded to the consumer requesting information required for verification in an average of 2 days and a median of 1 day and processed the requests in an average of 25 days and a median of 23.5 days.
• Received 153 requests to opt out of sales or sharing, complied with 153 requests in whole or part, and denied 0 requests. ARC substantively responded to these requests in an average of 2 days and a median of 1 day. Response times reflect ARC's initial substantive communication to the consumer, including requests for information necessary to identify the consumer in ARC's records to process the request.
• Received no requests to correct.
• Received no requests to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. ARC does not use or disclose sensitive personal information in ways that require an opportunity to limit.
