Introduction

These additional terms supplement our Privacy Policy and further explain how ARC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information of California residents whose information is submitted for processing by our Services.

These additional terms are intended to meet our obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”).

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information of California residents that we collect as a business, both online and offline, including through our websites, mobile apps, and direct interactions such as customer support.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that is exempt from the CCPA/CPRA, such as certain medical information, information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), or publicly available information.

We only collect the following “sensitive personal information” as defined in the CCPA/CPRA: payment card numbers (through our payment processors), and passport information.

We use sensitive personal information only for limited purposes authorized by the CCPA/CPRA, such as providing the services, security, and fraud prevention, and not to infer characteristics about you.
