With the industry wondering what the future of air travel will look like, ARC has relaunched its latest data solution, ARC Travel Demand. This product, originally created to help navigate COVID-19 volatility, has expanded its offerings, with the inclusion of global airline sales data, more customizable dataset options and new delivery methods for faster access to intelligence. This relaunch is an enhancement to ARC’s previous Travel BI solution, providing customers with expanded visibility into airline sales and air traffic data.

With data updated daily, ARC Travel Demand’s comprehensive global air travel intelligence is sourced from both travel agency and airline direct sales.

ARC has also expanded accessibility to this product through a variety of platforms, including its newly developed API, directly sourced from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and through Snowflake’s cloud-based data sharing platform. This is the first of ARC’s products available through Snowflake and will allow customers to easily query, ingest and analyze data on demand, without the need for additional data storage.

ARC Travel Demand also offers customized datasets for customers looking for particular origins and destinations, point-of-sale locations, flight departure dates or ticket purchase dates.

“As the air travel industry navigates the turbulent landscape caused by COVID-19, ARC is committed to bringing awareness to future travel demand with timely, global data. ARC Travel Demand offers a comprehensive data solution for full visibility into air travel activity to better paint the picture of what actual recovery looks like,” said Arun Gupta, ARC’s managing director of global data products.
