The parties to this Agent Reporting Agreement (“Agreement” or “ARA”) are the Agent, and the Airlines Reporting Corporation ("ARC") headquartered in Arlington ,VA on its own behalf and on behalf of the Airlines that are parties to the ARC Carrier Services Agreement ("Airline" or "Airlines") which appoint the Agent under this Agreement.

The purpose of the Agreement is to address the way in which Agents report and settle ARC Traffic Documents through the ARC-administered Settlement Plan in a competitive and efficient manner, as well as to outline the rights and obligations of the parties to this Agreement.
