2025 Holiday Schedule

The 2025 ARC Holiday Schedule presents the holidays observed by ARC and is effective January 1, 2025. The schedule reflects the impacts to:

GDS-issued transactions

GDS/IAR Void and IAR modification extension dates

ARC Report PED and ARC Report due dates/times.

PLEASE NOTE:

REPORT AUTHORIZATION DEADLINES:

Effective January 14, 2025, the weekly ARC sales report must be authorized by 1:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the Tuesday following the sales report period ending date (PED).

When an ARC-recognized holiday falls on Monday, the weekly sales report is due by 1:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the Wednesday following the PED.

When an ARC-recognized holiday falls on Tuesday, the weekly sales report is due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the Wednesday following the PED.

VOID/MODIFY DEADLINES:

When the day to void or modify falls on an ARC-recognized holiday, an extension to the next business day is automatically granted.

When a ticket sale, exchange, or refund transaction which was manually entered into IAR must be voided or modified, the void or modify action may only take place on the same day of IAR entry.

ARC reserves the right to make changes to the holiday schedule or sales report submission deadline. Any such changes will be communicated in advance to the travel agency community.
