Connecting with Colleagues

Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees. LGBTQ+ equality is important for ARC. In the last four CEI surveys, we’re proud we've earned a top score of 100 and being a 2025 “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.”

Celebrating Great Work

At ARC, we celebrate our colleagues’ accomplishments. Our peer-nominated SPARC awards recognize employees whose contributions exemplify the best of ARC. SPARC winners receive their choice of a $5,000 cash prize or vacation worth $5,000. We also acknowledge great work through our peer-nominated Spot Award bonus program.
