To help address the ever-present challenge of managing airline schedule changes, the Irregular Operations and Schedule Changes subgroup of the Debit Memo Working Group has developed a set of recommended practices to help create a more consistent and efficient way of managing irregular operations.

This group, made up of airline, agency and GDS stakeholders, has outlined more consistent processes and policy standards for both airlines and travel agents that are intended to serve as tools to create a more positive experience for the customer.
