Latam Airlines Enhances Shop, Book, and Post-Sale Transactions with Addition of Innovative Distribution Solution

ARLINGTON, VA. – October 10, 2023 – Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC) is pleased to announce the completion of Latam Airlines Group S.A. and affiliates’ (Latam Airlines) New Distribution Capability (NDC) integration with the ARC Direct Connect program. This integration enables Latam Airlines to offer richer content and detailed information through its booking platforms for corporate travel buyers and travel agencies with an ARC number while providing a consistent settlement experience through ARC’s trusted platform.

The Latam Airlines ARC Direct Connect partnership allows ARC agencies to shop, book, add ancillaries (seats, bags and priority boarding), and pay. Additionally, agencies can manage post-sales services such as change dates, voids and refunds, and automation of disruption handling in a user-friendly way using NDC by LATAM Portal or through API and aggregators.
