As ARC undergoes a transformation of its technology infrastructure, so, too, has its Memo Manager product—the industry’s go-to source for debit memo management. This web-based tool will now leverage a new platform to enhance its own technology efficiencies, resulting in various visual improvements and equipping it with the flexibility to accommodate future use cases.

“Our goal with Memo Manager has always been to streamline memo processing and payment for the industry with this one-stop application. We’re leveraging a new platform in anticipation of new technology requirements and future customer needs,” said ARC’s Product Manager Sarah Sager.
