How to Change the Address of Your Agency

You can submit an address change (major or minor) electronically through the My ARC Accreditation Tool, accessible via your My ARC toolbox.

A major address change constitutes, for example, moving to a new building. A minor address change constitutes a move within the same building, such as changing floors or suites.

Please note that only primary administrator user IDs automatically have access to the Accreditation Tool. Any other types of user IDs must request access to the Accreditation Tool from a primary administrator.

To complete an address change, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to My ARC.
  2. Under Tools, select Accreditation (ensure that your pop-up blocker is disabled).
  3. On the main Account Summary page at the bottom left-hand corner, click New Request.
  4. From the drop-down menu, select Address as the type of request.
  5. Provide the requested information on each tab and then click Next.
  6. When you reach the Sections tab, click on the Address Change section to input the updated information.
    • If necessary, attach the required documents in the Materials Due tab.
  7. Submit the request and select the appropriate payment option.
  8. Once the request has been submitted, please monitor the Messages tab for status updates.
