Multi-Factor Authentication is Coming in 2025

In our continuous efforts to ensure the security and privacy of our users, we are excited to announce the introduction of multi-factor authentication (MFA). We are implementing the first quarter of 2025.

MFA adds an extra layer of security to your accounts by requiring multiple forms of verification before granting access. This additional step significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized users and safeguards your personal information and confidential data.

Multi-factor authentication will provide:

  • Enhanced security: By implementing MFA processes, you significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account.
  • User-friendly experience: While MFA adds an extra layer of security, we have designed the process to be seamless and user-friendly, ensuring minimal disruption to your workflow.
  • Customizable settings: You will have the flexibility to choose the authentication methods that best suit your preferences and security needs.
  • Protection against unauthorized access: Even if your password is compromised, unauthorized individuals will still be unable to access your account without the additional authentication factor.

We understand that transitioning to multi-factor authentication may require some adjustment, but we believe that the added security benefits far outweigh any inconvenience. We are committed to providing you with the necessary support and resources to ensure a smooth transition.

As we prepare for the implementation, we will share future updates on progress and launch date instructions on how to set up and use MFA.

    • Communications: The latest updates from ARC, including industry news and fraud alerts.

  • Quick Links: The My ARC resource menu has been renamed to Quick Links. This section now provides direct navigation to the most frequently used areas of ARC, allowing you to access essential tools and features more quickly.
