Effective with sales issued Monday, June 6, 2022 (PED 06/12/2022), Neos S.P.A. (703/NO) will begin accepting Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment through ARC.
All ARC systems will be unavailable on Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 1 to7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
During this scheduled time, you will be unable to access My ARC or any of its tools, such as IAR or Memo Manager. This system outage is necessary to perform a required system upgrade and maintenance.
We apologize for this inconvenience and any impact on your work with ARC tools and products and appreciate your understanding as we improve and upgrade ARC systems.
This advance notice should provide you with adequate time to make any necessary schedule adjustments. Sundays are selected as the day of the week with the lowest level of activity to minimize the impact to My ARC users. Afternoon maintenance hours allow morning access to systems and early morning/late evening IAR BOS files time to complete.
We expect all systems to be fully operational by 7 p.m. on Sunday evening. If maintenance is completed earlier than 7 p.m., system access will be restored at that time.
Please check the ARC Status Dashboard for the system status of ARC tools. You may also subscribe to receive email alerts whenever an ARC system encounters an unexpected incident or has scheduled maintenance.
You have the option to link your Document Retrieval Service (DRS) account with your My ARC account for a single login experience that eliminates the need to remember separate usernames and passwords.
A “Link/Unlink” header at the top of the DRS page allows you to link or unlink your accounts. Once linked, you can select “Document Retrieval System” from your My ARC tool list and immediately launch DRS.
Please note: DRS administration is not currently a part of the link/unlink feature.
